Making a booking
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club). No deposit is required. Payment is made upon vehicle pickup, not in advance.
You can book online or contact us directly. Free cancellation is available if your plans change. To modify a booking, simply reach out to us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Additional extras such as child seats, GPS devices, and additional drivers can be requested during the booking process or at pickup. Availability may vary.
All rentals include basic insurance (CDW, TPL, TP). You can upgrade to Enhanced Protection (EP), Super Protection (SCDW + PAI), or add WUG (Wheel, Undercarriage & Glass) coverage. See our Rental Conditions page for full details.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. Contact us anytime for additional questions — we're available 24/7.
Picking up your rental car
Free pickup is available in Podgorica and Tivat, including both airports. We track your flight and adjust pickup if it's delayed. A personal meet & greet service is provided at the airport.
Please bring a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years), a valid ID or passport, and your booking confirmation. The primary driver must be present at pickup.
During your rental
In case of an accident, stop immediately and ensure safety, call the police at 122, and inform Delta Car as soon as possible. A police report is mandatory for all damage claims. 24/7 roadside assistance is included with your rental.
Crossing the state border is not allowed without written permission from Delta Car. Cross-border rentals are available on request with an additional fee. Contact us in advance to arrange this.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Parking and traffic fines are the client's responsibility. Lost keys or documents incur a €500 fee. The vehicle may only be driven on public, surfaced roads.
